Providing a neutral, third party sounding board to help associations, nonprofits, and other organizations navigate workplace issues that stands outside of traditional Human Resources’ functions. Developing standards and procedures set-up, as well as communications, training and, launch guidance to fast track internal ombuds programs with confidence.
Beverly is a certified International Ombuds Association (IOA) Ombuds and contracts to independently and confidentially hear issues for increased human centeredness while improving organizational strength.
